Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free trial
Leavefly offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can evaluate the full product before paying anything. If you don’t subscribe, the trial simply ends — you are never charged.
How billing works
Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Your subscription and any refunds are subject to both this policy and Creem’s terms.
Cancellation
- You can cancel anytime from your workspace billing settings.
- On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; you are not billed again.
- After your paid access ends, your workspace becomes read-only (your data is preserved, not deleted) so you can export or reactivate later.
Refunds
- Monthly plans: because you can cancel anytime and you started with a free trial, monthly payments are non-refundable for partial periods. Cancelling stops future charges.
- Annual plans: we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of an annual purchase. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, though you keep access for the remainder of the term.
- Billing errors / duplicate charges: contact us and we’ll correct any genuine billing error promptly.
How to request a refund or get help
Email [email protected] with your workspace name and the charge in question. Eligible refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method.
