Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Leavefly (the “Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY / SOLE-PROPRIETOR NAME] (“Leavefly”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
1. The Service
Leavefly is a leave-management application that lets teams request, approve, and track time off, including optional integrations with third-party tools (e.g. Slack, ClickUp, and calendar applications via subscribe feeds). We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- One organisation operates one workspace. The person who creates a workspace, and any admins they designate, control its settings and membership.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your members’ use of the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to store unlawful content; (b) attempt to breach or circumvent security; (c) reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted; (d) interfere with or overload our infrastructure; or (e) use the Service to send spam or infringe others’ rights.
4. Subscriptions, trials, and payment
- The Service is offered on a paid subscription. Current pricing is shown on our pricing page.
- We offer a free trial. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. We do not require a credit card to start the trial.
- Payments and billing are processed by [MoR = Paddle / Dodo Payments], our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to the Merchant of Record’s terms. Taxes are handled by the Merchant of Record.

5. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you and your members submit (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data and delete your workspace at any time from within the Service.
6. Third-party integrations
If you connect a third-party service (e.g. Slack or ClickUp), you authorise us to exchange data with it as needed to provide that integration. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practical.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data beforehand.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the [3] months before the claim.
Leavefly is a scheduling and record-keeping tool, not legal, HR, or payroll advice. You are responsible for ensuring your leave policies comply with applicable employment law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY = Bangladesh], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be subject to the courts of [JURISDICTION].
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you (e.g. by email or in-app). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
